Work hard, play hard—that’s the goal, right?
Hopefully by now you’ve gotten the sense that we work hard for our clients. Occasionally… every now and then… sometimes… we just need to blow off steam and do something silly. (Or stupid, you be the judge.) This is where we’ll post these experiments and goodies. Enjoy and have a giggle. Our treat.
We just realized that it’s been a long time since we’ve had a contest, which, is plain old unacceptable! So, this year we’re going to kick off a new holiday contest and we’d like you to participate. For 12 days (get it?!) we’ll be picking a winner from those who have submitted an ornament, and those lucky people will all receive a Richmond Type Map for their awesomeness. Sound good? Then break out your crayons, pencils, sharpies… and get to coloring!
Print out this PDF and get a move on. Drawings will begin on Monday, December 12, 2011 and end on Friday, December 23. The earlier you send us your ornament, the more days you’ll be entered to win!
The trees are losing their color, and the office is getting dark at 4:30—sounds like we need to brighten this place up a bit.
It’s starting to feel a little bit like fall. Bring on the pumpkin spice lattes and nature’s perfect color palette!

Bio: Jim grew up in the suburbs of Connecticut selling Now & Laters to kids on the playground. Hip hop was, and is, everything to him. Currently, he’s a high school teacher in Charlottesville, Virginia. We can only assume he’s given up selling candy to make a little side cash.
